The title of the story today is:
„Suddenly model“ – Over night on the catwalk of the TOKYO FASHION WEEK

A story which is only possible, if you travel. Because, if you just sitting at home, thinks like that never will happen to you. Anyway, I would never imagine, that such a thing like that would be possible, not even in my dreams. Likewise, I would probably declare people they are crazy, if they would say, that someday I will run on a catwalk.

Although, such a nice compliment like that I would probably never get from anyone of you – thank you. Rather I hear you say: „He is not really the biggest or most beautiful in this world, he has no chances. He should forget that quickly. „And you know what my dear readers – I am thinking the same: In this life I will never earn some money by modeling.

Till today. Because exactly this life shows you things, you would never dream of. They happen when you don’t expect it. You only have to go with positive energy, as well as with open eyes and arms through the world. And then my friends, everything happens by itself. In this world, absolutely nothing can be predicted, who you get to know, what does this contact give you and where the common journey goes. Is it an exam, after which you just fall down at the end or is the experience so overwhelming, that this shapes your entire life?

So this is my story, in which I had to hitchhike over 15 thousand kilometers from home, through 10 countries, to be able to walk on a catwalk for the first time in my life – and then directly on the international stage of Japan. But not enough, afterwards I was able to admire myself everywhere in the WWD. This is a fashion magazine which nowadays is considered as the bible of fashion, the „Women’s Wear Daily“.

So: Once upon a time like in a fairy tale, I was suddenly approached by a completely unknown witch in the middle of the street. She told me about a casting and if I would pass it, a little dream would come true. In addition to find a pot of gold. (Of course, what else.) Well, anyway I had nothing to lose, so why not. No risk no fun, therefore: „Over floor and over stone, let’s go to the casting alone. The day after was crazy because – I was the reason for applause“.

Together with 45 other international models. We had the honor to present the fall collection for AMAZON, under the direction of designer „Daisuke Obana“, who also works with Hollywood stars like Kendrick Lamar and Lady Gaga. The fashion show was held in the capital city of Japan Tokyo and, as part of the glamorous Fashion Week, the show was only accessible for V.I.P’s, photographers and editors, as well as invited guests. Which means something like, the cream-de-la-cream together in one room and the little Daniel from Trier in the middle of the spotlight. It was too good to be true, because normally I am the one who is listening to the music or is watching the films of these famous people.

But today it’s the other way around and their eyes are on me. Incomprehensible..
